Papoli Community Development Foundation (PACODEF) is a community based organization to better serve the needs of the community. Over the years the foundation has had a number of both local and international guests who visit the foundation and in most cases they would love to stay longer and interact with the community which interaction was limited due to lack of proper befitting and affordable accommodation. The foundation has been in partnership with the University of South Florida which sends students every summer to carry out their internships and research in Papoli village and these definitely required safe and secure accommodations. In 2014 the organization embarked on a project to construct a guest house for the guests that visit the organization and to be able to earn a side income from the facility to help shoulder some financial obligations. The guest house is now complete with the best facilities like warm showers, mosquito proof shutters, self contained rooms, a standby chef and good security. The guest house has been blessed after its completion to have offered accommodation to prominent people in our country most notably His Grace the Archbishop of the Province of church of Uganda Stanley Ntagali and many other guests.
